1.1 EXPRESS PHONE REPAIRS (referred to as “we” or “us”) will only perform and provide Smartphone , Table, & Computer (referred to as “device” or “devices”) service and repair as requested by the customer. We will conduct honest, reasonable, and considerate services. The goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.
1.2 Device service and repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your device can not be repaired.
1.3 The length of time required to service or repair your device cannot be predicted.
1.4 You understand that in the process of working on your device, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data prior to service or repair. We will not be responsible for data loss. (See para 4.4 below)
2. BILLING TERMS
2.1 Service and repairs are billed as stated on the service order provided.
2.2 An estimate of cost for work will be provided before performing the service or repair. Estimates are not guaranteed.
2.3 In the case that there is an unforeseen deviation, beyond the above estimated amount, we will contact you and inform you of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop at the estimate limit. In the case that you cannot be reached, work will stop until contact is established.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Full payment is due upon completion of service or repair.
3.2 Hardware that are ordered or special ordered must be paid in advance.
4.1 Service(s) are provided in an effort to service or repair the device for which you request such service(s).
4.2 Your device will not be intentionally harmed.
4.3 In the case of accidental damage to your device or data loss caused by attempting to service already existing problems with your device, you agree to hold us and any person(s) associated with us or involved in the work being done for you, harmless from damages resulting from such problems.
4.4 It is your responsibility to backup your data. We will not be responsible for data loss. (See para 1.4 above)
5.1 Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance.
5.2 All services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable and timely manner. Also, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems.
6. REPAIRS & SERVICE GUARANTEE
Warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below. We warranty parts and service against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the periods listed below, unless otherwise described to the customer at the time of sale, from the date of receipt. Warranty is non-transferable. If a hardware or service defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at it’s option, We will either exchange/replace the part with a new, used or refurbished part that is at least functionally equivalent to the original part, or refund the purchase price of the part. The said replacement part will assume the remaining warranty of the original part. When a part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes EXPRESS PHONE REPAIRS property. In the event of a refund, the part for which the refund is provided becomes EXPRESS PHONE REPAIRS property.
Warranty Periods: Unless otherwise stated at the time of repair, all warranties for repair work, should be assumed to have no more than a 30 day service and parts warranty.
iPhone Screen Repair Warranty: 30 Days parts and labor.
iPad Screen Repair Warranty: 90 Days parts and labor; with an additional 90 Days parts only.
Exclusions and Limitations. This limited warranty does not apply to software. We do not warrant that the operation of a the part or service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for damage arising from, but not limited to, failure to follow instructions relating to the part’s use. This warranty does not apply to: Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes. Damage caused by operating the part outside the permitted use of the manufacture. Do to service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of EXPRESS PHONE REPAIRS. To consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to workmanship.
